It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louada Johnson Smith of Stanford, Kentucky, born in Hustonville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 3, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Johnson and Artie Walls Johnson; her husband Bennie Smith; and her siblings, Terrill Durham, Elvin Durham, Carlos Durham, Mack Johnson, Ervin Johnson, Earl Durham, Maxine Delk, Mary Woods, Stella Richards and Della Durham.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Smith (Candi) of Allons, TN and Linda Smith of Stanford, KY; her siblings, Curtis Durham, Jack Johnson and Myrtle Duttera; her grandchildren, Sylvia Craig (David), Ben Smith (Rita), Amy Sims (Dustin), Jeremy Smith, Adam Smith and Chris Hurst (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Craig, Jaxson Smith, Rylee Sims, Layla Sims, Emilia Hurst and Betsy Hurst.
