With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lee Sowder of Stanford, Kentucky, who passed away on January 17, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Bud Atkins; her husband Raymond Sowder; her mother Edith Atkins; and her brother Donnie Atkins. She is survived by: her son David Lee Atkins (Melissa) of Waynesburg, KY; her stepdaughter Diana Schwier of Erlanger, KY; her brothers, Jimmy Atkins (Linda) of Stanford and Bobby Atkins of Stanford; her grandchildren, Cody Atkins, Anthony Schwier (Jen), Natalie Beiting (Don) and Andrew Turner; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Schwier, Abileen Beiting, Samantha Reineke, Taylor Schwier, David Turner and Abrielle Turner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
