He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Mullins; his children, Jeremy Mullins (Heather) and Melissa Harmon (Bobby); his brother Randall Mullins; and his grandchildren, Matrie Harmon, Zane Mullins and Hallie Mullins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
