It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Stonecypher Russell (Stanford, Kentucky), who passed away on November 26, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orbra Felix and Ollie Edna Stonecypher (Greer); and her siblings, Raliegh Felix Stonecypher, Barbara Ellen Ballard and Thelma Louise Foley.
She is survived by: her children, Brent DeLynn Russell of Casey County and Yvette Tolliver (Robert) of Corbin, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Justin Russell, Russ Tolliver and Chainey Tolliver. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
