He is survived by: his wife Melissa Wilford Ely; his children, Eric Ely (Valerie), Chase Ely (Holly), Coty Walters (Lauren) and Catie Partin (Harrison); his grandchildren, Matthan, Layna, Josie, Jonas, Gideon, Camilla, Gabriel Ely, Brooklyn Partin, Maggie and Lilly Walters; his brothers, Bill Ely (Katy) and Tim Ely (Susan); his parents-in-law, Don and Dolly Wilford; and his pets, Tucker and Skye. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, players and friends.
