He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Ann Sanstrum. He is survived by: his daughter Emma Elizabeth Smith; his brother Sean Cuevas (Jessika); his niece Victoria Cuevas; his close friend Amanda L. Smith; Elizabeth Brown.
