He is survived by: his sister Kim Shepherd (Clayton) of Crab Orchard, KY; his daughter Kaitlyn Moore (Bryan); his niece Ashley Brummett (Brian Crossan); his nephews, Rusty Hatter and Robbie Hatter (Katelin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maddy Moore (Connor Samons), Shelby Moore (Lyndon Smith), Hunter Moore and Michael Hatter; and his pet Atlas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
