Grigsby Jr. (Kathy), Andrew Oliver of Vicco, Kentucky, Anna Perry of Hazard, Mary Grigsby of Hazard and Amy Herman (Joe); his brother Wilmer Grigsby (Bertha); his grandchildren, Brittany Wooton, Angelia Combs, Dylan Grigsby, Megan Kennedy, David Grigsby, Isaiah Perry, Christian Perry, Sophia Perry, Josiah Herman and Wyatt Herman; and his great grandchildren, Triniti Colwell, Everli Colwell and John A. Perry.
