He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Townsend and Louise Tipton Townsend. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Pittman (Jeff) and Regina (Jerry); his stepchildren, Damon Spencer (Tanya), April Patrick (Jesse), Renee Spencer, Sabrina Spencer and Destiny Bradshaw; and his siblings, Butch, Charlie Townsend, Marilyn Meadows (late Gary), Sheila Epperson and Tina Thomas (Enoch). He is also survived by Numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
