She is survived by : her husband Delbert Ray Mullins; her children, James Darren Mullins (Melissa), David Wayne Mullins and Melissa Kalar; her siblings, Elbert Ray Sparks, Clayton Sparks, Judy Parks and Juanita Fraley; her grandchildren, Jacob Mullins, Donavon Mullins, Chasity Mullins, Caleb Mullins and Hannah Mullins; and her great grandchild Mia Crase.
