He was predeceased by : his parents, John Fletcher and Lily Gillum Fletcher. He is survived by : his stepfather Ed Caudill; his son Kenneth Fletcher; his wife Joyce Elam Fletcher; his sons, John Fletcher (Donna) and Charles Fletcher (Lorene); his grandchildren, John Fletcher Jr., Ashley Collins (Justin), Kimberly DeHart (John), Jesse Ray Fletcher, Michael Fletcher (Shawna) and Dana Jo Noble (Beacher); and his close friend Gail Hollon. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
