He was predeceased by: his parents, Onley Earl and Alweena Ratliff Marcum; and his siblings, David Marcum, Roger Marcum, Stevie Marcum, Lisa Bittany, Tonya Marcum, Tina Marcum, Loretta Curtis and Rachael Marcum.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alexis Horn of Mt. Sterling, Tiffany Martin of Mt. Sterling and Bridgett Horn of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Brantley, Seth, Cameron, Jordan, Haily, Kayline, Alyssa, Cayden and Matthias; his close friend Lisa Rison of Powell County; his siblings, Ed Marcum of Irvine, Johnny Marcum of Versailles, Phyllis Rigsby of Versailles, Patricia Guth of Winchester, Ellen Perkins of Winchester and Donna Clasen of Florida; and his stepchildren, Jamie Borders, Roy Rison, Josh Rison and Jacob Borders. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
