He is survived by: his wife Ruth Meadows; his children, Tim Meadows (Rosie) and Becky Parker (Mitchell); his brother Jerry Meadows (Eva); his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Meadows and Donna Meadows; his grandchildren, Jordyn Deaton (William), Kennedy Begley, Kirsten Cornett, Deona Meadows, Madison Meadows and Ayden Meadows; his great grandchildren, Julian Deaton, Autumn Deaton, Summer, Corbin Deaton, Kigh Begley, Kami Crawford, Leon Crawford and Gabe Crawford; and his grandchildren, Aliesha Smith and Victoria Brown.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
