She is survived by: her daughters, Tammra Routson (Chris) of Findlay and Larrietta Elliotte (Bill) of Corbin; her stepchildren, Tommy Puckett (Susan) of Clay City, Tammy Puckett of Clay City and Jed Puckett (Tammy) of Stanton; her brothers, Chester Crabtree (Ruby) of Stanton and Lonnie Crabtree (Kimberly) of Bowen; her sisters-in-law, Joan Hall of Clay City, Gearlene Pasley (Lenwell) of Clay City and Maxine O'Hair of Clay City; her grandsons, Christopher Routson of Toledo and Reed Elliotte of Corbin; her stepgrandchildren, Brandi Kleem (Nick), Jeremy Elliotte (Haley), Tara Puckett, Travis Puckett, Laryn Puckett and Krana Puckett; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Cameron McIntosh, Lily Dailey and Anna Kate Elliotte; her nephews, Charlie Crabtree (Leanne), Donavan Crabtree (Ingrid), Travis Crabtree (Stacie), Lawrence Crabtree (Sarah), Chester Ray Crabtree, Willie Crabtree, Brandon Crabtree, Avery Crabtree (Jamie) of Lexington and Brad Lee Crabtree; and her caregiver Stephanie Smith of Corbin.
