He was predeceased by : his parents, Berlin Knox and Florence Knox; his wife Margie Knox; his daughter Melissa Larrison; his granddaughter April Catron; and his siblings, Denzel Knox, Elroy Knox, Kenneth Knox, Robert Knox, Larry Knox, Deloris Faye Hill and Manie Aleshire.

He is survived by : his daughters, Rosalie Snowden (Walter) and Charlotte Catron (Virgil); and his grandchildren, Jacob Larrison, Josh Larrison of Walter Snowden, JR, Randy Catron and Stacy Jones. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home (201 7th Ave, Clay City, KY 40312). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
