He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Burgher Jr. and Linda Sue Neal. He is survived by : his brothers, Michael Shane and Ryan Burgher (Samantha); and his nephews, Aaron Burgher and Timothy Burgher. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
