She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Lee; and her parents, Harry Smith and Lula Mae Tincher Smith. She is survived by: her cousin Catherine Markwell.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380).
