He was predeceased by: his parents, Nova Wayne and Maude Bellamy Curtis; his former wife Fernneta Curtis; and his sons, Joshua Curtis and Jacob Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Curtis; his children, Joseph Wayne Curtis, Christiana Curtis and Natasha Lawson (Billy); his sisters, Joyce Parido (Ray) and Carol Spangler (Bo); and his granddaughter Bella Curtis.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
