She was predeceased by : her parents, William Davis and Madge Davis; her daughter Rebecca Billings Pelfrey; her husbands, B. E. Billings and Fred Tuttle; her son-in-law Charles A. Caudill; and her siblings, William "Junebug" Davis Jr., Exie Davis Minton and Cecil Davis.
She is survived by : her children, Ruth Anglin Billings and Casey Davis Billings (Gayle Buchanan); her son-in-law Dallas Pelfrey; her granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Pelfrey (Ethan Huffaker); and her sister Beverley Bowen (Damon).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to EKU's Becky Pelfrey Memorial Scholarship fund (521 Lancaster Ave, Richmond, KY 40475) or the Friends of the Powell County Public Library (725 Breckenridge Street, Stanton, KY 40380).
