It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Campbell (Stanton, Kentucky), born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Campbell and Sylvia Ann Campbell Richardson. He is survived by : his wife Tara Campbell; his children, Kevin Ray Dunn, PJ Campbell, Dustin Campbell and Sylvia Ann Campbell; his siblings, Charles Campbell (Billie), Lee Richardson (LeeAnn) and Darlene Soard (David); and his grandsons, Kaidyn Dunn and Colton Campbell.
In lieu of flowers contributions suggested to the funeral home to assist with services.
