With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Jacobs of Stanton, Kentucky, born in Dresden, Ohio, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Ashcraft and Marilee "Asa" Williams; her husbands, Robert Farnworth, Kenneth Murray and Harold Jacobs Sr.; her daughter Terri Shahan; her grandchildren, Krista Tatro, Asa Workman and Matthew Marcum; and her brothers, James Ashcraft and Gary Ashcraft.

She is survived by : her daughters, Brenda Cooper (Jeff Marcum) and Nancy Mangold (Ted); and her siblings, Ronald Ashcraft, Karen Schirtzinger and Judy Graves. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty four great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
