She was predeceased by: her father Stephen Mitchell Collinsworth. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Ann Windhaus Collinsworth; her husband Anthony Harlan Elam; her children, Harlan Mitchell Elam (Kimberly) of Richmond and Anthia Nicole Elam of Clay City; her stepdaughter Alishia Kaye Hon (Danny) of Mt. Sterling; her sisters, Angela Rogers (Steve) of Stanton and Stephanie Collinsworth of Lexington; and her granddaughter Jade Elizabeth Kennon. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
