He was predeceased by : his parents, Bruce Rose and Grace Bryant Rose; his wife Phyllis Jo Rose; his son-in-law Troy Keathley; his brother Kenton Rose; his half-brothers, Cecil Rose, Frank Rose, Eugene Napier and Otho Napier; his sister Bonnie Knox; and his half-sister Orene Walton.
He is survived by : his girlfriend Betty Faye Spencer of Stanton; his children, Stephen Curtis Rose of Clay City, Jessie Joyce Keathley of Trenton and Tina Ann Weldon (Ronnie) of Anna, Texas; and his grandchildren, David Christopher Neal, Kelly Bruce Neal (Crystal), Melissa Rose and Foster Leigh Rose. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
