He is survived by: his children, Mary Amanda Tucker of Winfield, Sarah Kate King (Daniel) of Pine Knot and Travis Dale Shook (Samantha) of Stearns, Kentucky; his brother Bruce Shook (Joan) of Monticello, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Sierra (Colby), Josie (Logan), Chloe, Katie, Lily (Johnny), Audrie, Noah, Bella, Eli, Abbie and Jonah; his great grandchildren, Korbyn, Kennedy, Austin, Haisley and Hagen; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Shook, Roxanne Shook and Phillip Coffey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
