He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Lee Ball and Bertha Ball (Abbott); his wife Sonya Renee Ball (Chitwood); his brother Chris Ball; and his brother-in-law Bob Specht.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell "Trey" Ball (Amber), Seth Ball (Jayci Bell), Shatarah Burress (Brice) and Deion Chitwood; his grandchildren, Jackson Lee Ball, Layla Reece Ball, Emory June Ball and Renlee Blake Burress; and his siblings, James Ball (Nola), Tim Ball (Tina), Jeff Ball (Martha), Kim Specht, Karen Gilreath (Charlie) and Ronnie Ball Shelley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
