He is survived by: his wife Elvena Farris Kidd of Stearns, Kentucky; his children, Gary Kidd (Teresa), Hank Kidd, Faye King (Morris), Norma Benton (John) and Wheaton Slaven; his cousin Herbert; and his grandchildren, Allan, Cyndi, Megan, James, Tommi, Tiffany, Scottie and Michael.
