He is survived by: his wife Debbie Vaughn; his children, Joshua Roy Vaughn (Amanda) and Stephens (Chris); his grandchildren, Miley Vaughn, Chloe Vaughn and Kalie Clark; and his sisters, Lois Rapp (Ken) and Jeanette Worley (Willard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
