He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Gregory and Lona Gregory (Coffey); his wife Lois Gregory (Gregory); and his siblings, George H. Gregory, Story Gregory, Betty Perry, Maggie Clark, Mary Bell and Bonnie Lou Gregory.
He is survived by: his children, Ralph Gregory of Stearns, Sketter Vaughn (late Dwight) of Stearns, Marie Gregory of Burnside and James Gregory (Jo) of Stearns, Kentucky; his siblings, Paul Gregory of Stearns, Kentucky, Perk Coffey of Stearns, Kentucky and Angeline Brown of Indiana; his grandchildren, Tasha, Trey, Jordan, Jacob, Brandon, Stacey and Sara; and his great grandchildren, Nash, Allister, Greyson, Reagan, Zander, Charlotte, Kira, Imaleigh, Ian, Cadence, Mason and Bennett.
