He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Kough Weaver; his wife Helen Galvin Weaver; his siblings, Richard Weaver and Anna Mary Reed; and his son-in-law Leamon Godsey.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Weaver, Douglas Weaver (Lisa), Ricki Godsey, Nikki New (Ronald) and Virginia James (Charles). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
