She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Keene and Della Mae Stewart Keene; her former husband Grayson Phillips, Jr.; her husband Tommie D. Davenport; her son Gary Phillips; her grandchildren, Aimee Pugh and Jody Lance Phillips; and her brothers, Thurman Keene, Noah Gilbert Keene, Frank Keene, Jr. and Albert Ray Keene.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Phillips (Sharon) of Feds Creek, KY, Rhonda Phillips Young (Kerry) of Lexington, KY and Donna Pugh (Neil) of Feds Creek, KY; her grandchildren, Travis Fuller, Joshua Phillips, Samantha Blair and Amber Chadwell; and her sisters, Eula Faye Coleman of Satsuma, FL and Brenda Harris of St. Augustine, FL.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Feds Creek Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
