She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Stone and Dora Stone; her significant other Charles Puckett; her daughter Phyllis J. Hart; and her brothers, Floyd Stone and Raymond Ridener.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Shain (John) of White Mills, Rita Sadler of Hodgenville, Dale Puckett (Terri) of Louisville and Darrell Puckett (Tina) of Leitchfield. She is also survived by Eight Grandchildren.
