He is survived by: his wife Opsie Brock Whitehead; his sibling Taylor Whitehead, Jr.; his mother-in-law Beatrice Brock; his nephews, John Caldwell and Michael Caldwell; and his sisters-in-law, Della Mae Whitehead and Ronella Whitehead. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
