With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirlene Hamilton of Stopover, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude A. Justice and Flora Bell Wolford Deskins (Justice); her sisters, Lois Ann Justice, Vandall Lou Justice and Kathlene Ann Justice Prater; her siblings' children, Heath Tackett (Crystal Had), Rod Prater, Jonathan Justice, Darla Michelle Justice, Jamie Lynn Young and Ames Lamb; and her siblings-in-law, Delores Faye Lester, Dorothy Justice and Larry Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Hayes Hamilton, Jr.; her children, Trina Lynn Baker (Timothy) of Phelps, KY and Curtis Hayes Hamilton (Debra) of Stopover, KY; her brother Darrell A. Justice of Majestic, KY; her uncle Dennis Justice (Betty); her nephews, Catlin Lester (Belinda), Lukas Sanders, Jesse Smith and Alex Gilmet; her great-nieces, Cassie Justice (Matt), Halee Lynn Wolford Daniels, Kenzie Brooke Justice, Kyra Allison Tackett, Emmalyn Hopper Lester and Joni Lynn Daniels; her niece Kacie Dawn Wolford; and her great-nephews, Greyson Justice, Easton Justice, Dominick Stump, Kaston Brooks Tackett, Carter Smith and Kylar Smith.
