He is survived by: his wife Linda Vickery (Chitwood) of Whitley City, Kentucky; his children, Gary Wayne Vickery, Jr. of Strunk, Kentucky and Keisha Vickery of Strunk, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Dalton Dakota, Bryson, Tyler, Johnathan, Schyler and Zoey.
