He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Tapley of Pine Knot and David Trammell (Theresa) of Strunk, Kentucky; his siblings, Bobby Joe Trammell of Winfield, Gary Trammell of Pine Knot, Anthony Trammell of Pine Knot, Jeff Trammell of Oneida, Ronnie "Doc" Trammell of Strunk, Paul Carver of Strunk, Joe Carver of Oneida, Tennessee, Kathy Trammell of Helenwood, Vickie Skinner of San Antonio, Anette Hughes of Loganville, Georgia and Mary Hubble of Daleville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Taylor Trammell, Brandie Lyons, Sierra Tapley, Ambur Perry, Johnny Trammell and Heaven Tapley; and his great grandchildren, Stormi Lyons, Asher Lyons, Noella Lyons, Haisley Trammell and Hagen Trammell.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Old Homeplace.
