He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Luckadoo and Alice Luckadoo (Money); the mother of his children Vickie Walker Luckadoo; and his brother Fred Luckadoo. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patsy" Luckadoo (Norwood); his sons, Leonard Luckadoo, Jr. (Angela) and Gordon Luckadoo (Audrey); his brothers, Charles Luckadoo (Sandra) and Roy Luckadoo; and his grandchildren, Courtney Perry (Robert), Victoria Murrell (Kevin), Ashley Mavis, Kelli Shipley (Coty), Audrey Luckadoo, Jaiden Luckadoo (Jestine), Joseph Luckadoo, Christopher Thompson (Ashley), Leonard Luckadoo III and Kaitlyn Luckadoo. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
