Ball, Jr. (Dalton) of Strunk, Kentucky and Chelise Clift (Garrett) of Whitley City, Kentucky; his close friend Carolyn Barker; his siblings, Efrem Hill (Joanne) of Burnside, Robert Foster of Rogersville, David Foster of Joplin, Eddie Hill (Cindy) of New Castle, Indiana, Keri Cessa (Abel) of Indianapolis, Tammy Thompson (Matt) of Washington and Sharlene Sweeney of Burnside, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Steven Ridner, Lettie Ridner, Gemma Ridner, Garrett Clift and Willow Devore; his close friend Glenn King; his cousins, Stanley Hill and Ronnie Hill; and the mother of his children Nettie Ball (Paul Carver).
