He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Jean Slavey (Strunk); his wife Kristi Jean Slavey (Sims); his son Lucas William Mitchell Slavey (Kalynn); his stepchildren, Matthew Webb and Miranda Manz; his grandson Grayson Webb; his sisters, Sandra Combs and Bridgett Slavey (Jackie Neal); his nieces and nephews, Justin Taylor, Jason Slavey, Jonathon Slavey, Joshua Slavey, Walter Jr. Slavey, Larry Stephens, Jacob Privett, Roger Crabtree, Tracey Crabtree, Amy Garland, Christy Daugherty and Missy Garnett; and also, Walter and Billy Slavey.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with remaining expenses.
