She was predeceased by: her parents, Dester Phillips and Molly Wilson Phillips (Wilson); and her sisters, Sheila Walker and Melissa Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Tiffany Marie Wilson of Strunk, KY.; her siblings, Dickie Phillips of Marshes Siding, Julie Helton of Pine Knot, KY., Cassandra Perry of Whitley City, Savannah Phillips of Pioneer, TN., Angie Herald of Illinois and Lisa Waters of Stearns, KY.; her grandchildren, Sarah Wilson, Madi Roberts, Rielan Proffitt and Maesynn Proffitt; her niece Paisley Phillips; her aunt Phyllis Wilson; and her cousin Leona.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to help with funeral expenses.
