She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Collins and Carrie Belle Collins; her husband Darrell Moore; her daughter Beth Ricketts; her grandson Justin Nathaniel Andresen; and her brothers, Bobby and Eddie Collins.

She is survived by: her children, Krystal Utley of Sturgis, KY, Carrie Sutton (Matthew) of Dixon, KY and John Daniel Hedgepath (Jennie) of Clay, KY; her companion Mike McAtee of Corydon, KY.; her siblings, Ralph Collins of Uniontown, KY, Freddy Collins of Henshaw, KY. and Charlotte Strater (Bobby) of Madisonville, KY.; her grandchildren, Daniel Hedgepath (Bridgette), Makayla Duckworth, Sarah Duke, Matthew Brown, Kayley Moore, Madeline and Abbigale Ricketts; and her great grandchildren, Dean, Gracelynn Hedgepath and Kyrin EasonA.
