Though Joann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Courtney and Dell Stewart Courtney; her husband Harry "Squeaky" Cowan; and her children, Brandy Cowan House and Jason Cowan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Byerley (Tom) of Brownsburg, IN and Angela Vance (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Jaxson Byerley and Jayce House11. She is also survived by Grandchildren 2 – Great-grandchildren.
