He is survived by: his wife Pam Utley; his children, Wendy Barnes (Steve Belt) and Jody Utley (Samantha); his grandchildren, Finley Marcinek, Jenna Utley, Emma Utley, Christian Hall and Skyler Hall; his great grandchild Codah Hall; and his siblings, Billy Utley of Caseyville, KY and Susan Howard of Sturgis, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
