He is survived by: his wife Karen Rushing6; his siblings, Linda Sue Hamby (Tommy), Gary Allen Rushing, Anita Oliver, Shirley Riley, David Rushing and Jerry Rushing3; his children, Andy Rushing of Sturgis, KY, Michael Rushing (Harmony) of Marion, KY and Rebecca Seay (Joey); and his grandchildren, Lauren Wright (Chris) of Russellville, KY, Alyssa Wickham (Matt) of Marion, KY, Wade Moore of Owensboro, KY, Bristyn Rushing of Marion, KY, Bentley Rushing, Karstyn, Thomas, Oaklee, Bailey, Landon and SaylorA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Whitsell Funeral Home (609 N Main St, Sturgis, KY 42459). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
