She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Masters; her son David Harold Masters; her parents, Robert O'Leary and Kempie O'Leary; her brother James "Jim" O'Leary; her sisters-in-law, Shirley O'Leary and Violet O'Leary; and her granddaughter Riley Grace Masters.

She is survived by: her children, Rod Masters (Merideth) of Burns, TN and Carla Wise (Jeff) of Henderson, KY; her grandson Isaiah Masters (Carlie) of Bon Aqua, TN; her great grandchild Callaway; and her siblings, David O'Leary, Jerry O'Leary (Barbara), Tom O'Leary (Clara), Dennis O'Leary (Lana), Larry O'Leary (Teri) and Judy Harkins (Jack).

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Whitsell Funeral Home - Morganfield (250 N Court St, Morganfield, KY 42437). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Hospice in memory of Wanda Masters.
