She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Thacker and Gladys White Thacker; her husband Lonnie Shaw; and her siblings, Joan Long and Keith Thacker.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Humphery, Penny Vibbert (Johnny), Jennifer Gassaway (Anthony) and Amanda Milam (Boonie); her grandchildren, Jesse Hurt (Katie), Brandon Hawkins (Lauren), Tyler Humphery (Savannah), William Hawkins (Shanielle), Chloe Graves, Nathan Vibbert (Katelyn), Jacob Vibbert (Ava), Shea Milam and Marlee Milam; her siblings, Jimmy White, Roger Thacker, Elvis Thacker, Floyd Junior Thacker, Wanda Baker and Martha Ruffner; and her caregiver Paula Dubree. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 8:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McMurtrey Funeral Home (2232 Summer Shade Rd, Summer Shade, KY 42166).
