He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Lynn Milam (Kim) of Summer Shade, KY and Daniel Lee "Boonie" Milam (Amanda) of Beaumont, KY; his close friend Brenda Crumpton of Summer Shade, KY; his grandchildren, Madison Deweese (Caleb), Kylie Wilson (Curtis), Shea Milam and Marlee Milam; his great grandchildren, Hattie Deweese and Baylor Wilson; his siblings, Elvin Milam (Ronnie), Bobby Milam (Kathy), Gretta Rhoton (Randal), Linda Wilson (Joe), Charlotte Shaw (David), Sharon Samson (Neil) and Patty Gentry (Darrell); Gwenda Rogers, Royce Milam and Daryl Milam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 8:00 AM at the McMurtrey Funeral Home (2232 Summer Shade Rd, Summer Shade, KY 42166). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
