He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeak McIntyre and Edith Jones McIntyre; his wife Mamie Birge McIntyre; his son Barry McIntyre; and his siblings, Dimple Francis and Ronnie McIntyre.
He is survived by: his daughter Bonita Poore (Jason) of Summer Shade, KY; and his siblings, Peggie McCoy, Freda Reece, Bonnie Shaw, Linda Moore (David) and Fairlee McIntyre (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the White Cemetery of the Summer Shade Fire Department.
