It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Lee Shaw of Summer Shade, Kentucky, born in Fountain Run, Kentucky, who passed away on May 12, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl and Agnes Todd; and his stepfather Mark Moore. He is survived by: his father Larry Shaw (Kathy) of Tompkinsville; his wife Dawn Shaw; his daughters, April Hagerty (Timmy) of Summer Shade and Nicole Boles (Andrew) of Celina, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Levi and Stella Hagerty; his mother Jean Moore (Todd) of Bowling Green; his brother Brad Shaw (Felicia) of Tompkinsville; his parents-in-law, Donald and Diane Page; and his brothers-in-law, David Page (Melinda) of Summer Shade and Dennis Page of Summer Shade. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Backpack Program, those may be made at the funeral home.
