He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Sneed; his parents, Paul Sneed and Mary Sneed; his granddaughter Kaitland Sneed; and his brother-in-law Robert Bradley (Bobby).
He is survived by: his sons, Joey (Susan Sneed) and Robert (Jami Sneed); his grandchildren, Tyler Sneed, Andrew and Megan Sneed; his great grandchild Adalynn; his grandchild Breana Sneed (Charles Crowley); his great grandchild Brigid; and his sister Margaret Bradley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:45 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home (201 E Washington St, Glasgow, KY 42141).
In lieu of flowers, Richard's wishes were that donations be made to the Barren County Animal Shelter (BRAWA) or TJ Samson Hospice.
