He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Faye VanMeter; his children, Tracy Lynn Jaggers Burba (Arthur) and James Matthew Jaggers (Ashlee); and his grandchildren, Mindy Faye Smith Vincent (Jon), Bailey Huter Burba, Matthew Luke Jaggers and Emma Kay Jaggers.
